Mr. Rust was born October 17, 1952 in Malone, NY to Robert and Phyllis Vivlamore Rust.Mr. Rust was retired from the United States Army after a 20 year career.He was preceded in death by his father.He is survived by his wife, Wanda Rust; his son, Steven (Debra) Rust; daughter, Kimberly (Ryan) Pickell; brother, Michael (Audrey Donais) Rust; sisters, Judy (Paul) Currier and Susan (David) Monroe; grandchildren, Amber Agnon, Benjamin Pickell and Michael Rust.
