Lakatos, Steven R. died at his residence in Edison, NJ on Thursday, November 1, 2018 after a brief illness. Steven was born in Springfield, Massachusetts and lived in Middlesex County for most of his life.
Steven was a graduate of Highland Park High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Media from Rutgers University. He continued his education at Mercer County College where he honed his skills as a video specialist. Mr. Lakatos was employed as a video specialist over 20 years by the Middlesex County College. He was an avid deer and turkey hunter. Steven was also a prolific writer and had volumes of unpublished short stories on his personal computer.
Mr. Lakatos is survived by his brother, Lawrence Lakatos of Tannersville, Pennsylvania and several cousins. He was previously deceased by his parents, Irma and Stephen Lakatos.
