Steven Michael Bluedorn, 66, of Great Falls, MT, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 27, 2015 of natural causes.
Steven was born September 24, 1948 in Waterloo, Iowa, to Edgan and Pearl Bluedorn. He grew up in Iowa, graduating from East High School in Waterloo, Iowa and attended Hawkeye Community College also in Waterloo. Steve served in the United States Air Force for over seven years. He married Connie Nation in 1971, and although this union ended in divorce, they were blessed with three children, Daniel, Diana and Heather. Steve worked for Ryan’s Super Value until he retired, then was self-employed doing various jobs in the community.
Steve loved photography and his church, New Hope Christian. He loved living and working in Great Falls, MT. He had a strong love of family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Daniel T. Bluedorn of Great Falls; daughter, Diana M. (Randall) Hawley of Cedar Falls, Iowa brother, Jim (Shari) Lueking of Colorado; four grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Those who have preceded Steven in death include his parents and his daughter Heather J. Bluedorn.
