Stephen Steiner of Burlington passed away in Samaritan Inpatient, Mt. Holly on Sunday at the age of 81. Stephen was born and raised in Florence and was a longtime Burlington resident. He was an US Navy Veteran of World War II and retired from PSE&G in Westampton after 35 years in the gas division.
He was an avid Philadelphia sports team fan who also enjoyed ballroom dancing and card tricks. He was proud to share his different art projects with friends. He is survived by his daughter and son in law Debra & Jim Dapontes of Burlington Twp., a son Stephen Steiner of Methuen, Mass, two grandchildren Tony and Tina Dapontes and three sisters Rose Zdancewic of Florence, Matilda Kushnir of Burlington Twp, and Irene Garren of Santa Rosa, Ca.
