Stephen P. Varhol, 96, of Bristol, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at Bristol Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He is now reunited with his beloved wife of 58 years, Irene (Ritchie) Varhol, who predeceased him in 2005.
Stephen was born August 31, 1922, in New Britain, son to the late John and Mary (Chesanek) Varhol.
Stephen is survived by his children, Stephen R. Varhol, of Bristol, Thomas Varhol, of Middlebury, Susan V. Beger and her husband, Gary, of Conway, SC, Mary C. Varhol, of Bristol, and Paul Varhol, of Prospect; his sister, Catherine Morin, of Colchester; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was predeceased by his siblings, John, Michael, and George Varhol, Elizabeth Kozowich, Ann Fracchia, and Marion Weber.
