Stephen Gerald Riggott (71), previously of Port Saint Lucie Florida, recently of Wallingford, CT, departed peacefully away at Midstate Medical, Meriden, CT on January 22, 2011, with his loving family by his side. Stephen was born September 10, 1939 in New Haven, CT, son of the late Stephen Jerry & Marion Anna (Janaitis) Riggott.
He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and proudly served his country with the American Land Forces Middle-East in Lebanon. Stephen worked for Allied Vanlines, New Haven, CT as a truck driver and in shipping and receiving at Butsonï½s/Shaws Supermarkets in Woodsville, NH, until his retirement.
