Stephen Carey Rose, 71, passed away from this life on Friday Jan. 30, 2015 in Greenwood.
Steve was born March 24, 1943 in Greenwood to the late Paul Milam and Rosamond B. (Chapman) Rose.
He attended Greenwood Community High School. Stephen was a U.S. Army veteran. He was employed in production at Arvins for 30 plus years.Steve enjoyed fishing, traveling, playing the lottery, walking and being outdoors.
He is survived by a son, Brad (Sarah Brown) Curtiss of Greenwood, three brothers, Jerry (Mary Jane) Rose of Trafalgar, David (Marie Jose) rose of France and Matthew (Lou Ann) Rose of New Whiteland, two sisters, Kay Ann (James) Rowland of Greenwood and Esther (Randol) McKinney of Franklin, granddaughter, Kirstyn Craig and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Rose.
