Stella Mae Bridges Harmon, 77, Anderson, passed away May 18, 2011 at Manor Care, Anderson after an extended illness.
She was born August 3, 1933 in Greentown, Indiana, and resided in Anderson most of her life. Stella worked in food service at Anderson Community Schools for 28 years. She like to read, crochet, and spend time with her family. Stella is survived by her daughters, Janis Wilson of Orlando, Florida and Joyce Harmon & Companion Lyndall Swinford of Anderson; sisters, Doris Lantz of Greentown, Dorothy Horner & husband Herb of Kokomo, Jean Nota Bartolo of Florida, Judy Starks of Indianapolis and Connie Erb & husband Glenn of Pensylvania; brothers, Robert Bridges of Tennessee and Fred Bridges of Anderson; sister-in-law, Barbara Jones of Anderson; grandson, Aaron Wilson and great granddaughters, Hannah Wilson, Sara Wilson and Lauren Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Bill Harmon; parents, Erman & Elsie Lindley Bridges and brother, Laurence Bridges.
