Stella M. Kasuba, 95, of N. Kenmore Street in South Bend, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Regency Place of South Bend. Stella retired from the St. Joseph County Auditors office after 14 years of service. She was born on May 8, 1910, in Baisogola, Lithuania to Vincent and Katherine (Wiczas) Ambot. In 1927, Stella married James Kasuba who preceded her in death on September 8, 2000.
Surviving are her grandchildren, James R. (Tina) McGrogan, Robert M. McGrogan, Thomas P. (Heather) McGrogan; great grandchildren, James, Jr., Victoria, Adam, and Austin McGrogan; her brother, Frank V. Ambot; and her son-in-law, Robert (Annie) McGrogan.
Stella’s daughter, Marion L. McGrogan and her brother, Walter V. Ambot both preceded her in death.
