Stanley J. Shaney, 87, of North Windham, CT passed away peacefully on December 3, 2016 after a brief illness.
Stan truly had a zest for life and provided for his family and friends to the fullest. He would always try to teach life lessons, one of which was, “Live for today, but save for tomorrow”. His humor and generosity will be missed.
He leaves his loving wife of 61 years, Caroline, along with three children, Caroline Schlehofer, Steven and Mitchell Shaney, along with several grandsons.
