TowerLoving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and SisterAge 51 of Flint formerly of Durand passed away Saturday November 6, 2021 at McLaren Hospital in Flint.Funeral Services for Stacy will be held 11 am Friday, November 12, 2021, Nelson-House Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Prince officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.The family will receive family and friends Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 2pm-8pm and 10am until the time of service on Friday.Stacy was born December 6, 1969 in Owosso, the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Nequist) MacGillivray.She graduated from Durand High School class of 1988.Stacy enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors and nature, especially kayaking. Family was Stacy’s life, and loved to spend as much time with them as possible. She loved her children, grandchildren, and the love of her life her husband Brian.She married Brian Tower in Owosso, Michigan on July 16, 2016.Stacy worked at McLaren Hospital for many years as a patient sitter and in housekeeping.Stacy is survived by her Husband, Brian Tower; Daughter, Tabbitha Weber (Cody Thompson); Son, John Weber; Step-Children, Caitlin (Matt) Freeman, Cody Tower (Stephanie Gewirtz); Two Grandchildren, Beau and James; Father, Thomas (Cheryl) MacGillivray; Sisters, Amy MacGillivary, her twin sister Tracy Bost (Allen Langdon), and Lacy (Rob) Chapman; Brother, Mark MacGillivray; and many other loving family and friends.She was predeceased by her Mother Mary (Nequist) MacGillivray, Brother, Thomas MacGillivary; and Grandparents Sophie Nequist, Winston & Margaret MacGillivray.Memorial contributions are suggested to Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinsons.Online condolences may be sent to the family at Nelson-House.com.
