Sophia Affinity Howard Baltimore passed away at birth at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at Elkhart General Hospital.
Her mother, Natasha Anne Baltimore, and father, Jason Woolverton, both of Elkhart, survive, as well as sister Hailey Baltimore-Henney, at home; grandmother Tammy Baltimore of Elkhart; grandfather Joseph Phillips of Georgia; great-grandparents Howard and Gwendolyn Baltimore, Trudy and Thomas Norment and Sue and Charles Phillips; uncles Antonia Monroe of Elkhart and Joseph Phillips Jr. of Georgia; and one aunt, Lyndsay Phillips.
