NOTRE DAME – Sister M. Ann Patrice, C.S.C. (Winifred McGinley) was born in Fruita, Colorado and died in peace at Saint Mary’s Convent at the age of 101. She was the youngest of 5 girls and her mother died when she was two years old. She enrolled in Holy Cross Hospital School of Nursing and in 1942 began 46 happy years in hospital ministry in Utah and California. Sister M. Bertrand Sullivan was her first cousin. She moved to Saint Mary’s in 1993 and continued to serve through the Ministry of Prayer and volunteer service to the community. Reception of the Body and Wake Service is on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. with Mass of the Resurrection on Friday, January 3, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. All ceremonies in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto.
