Shirley Steel Howell, 83, went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Annie Fox and Charles W. Steel and was predeceased by her husband Donald Sherman Howell and son William Richard “Rick” Savage.Shirley was a member of First Baptist Church and taught Sunday school to the youth for many years. Her dedication and love for the lord lead her to take several trips to Israel.
