After a courageous battle with cancer, Shirley passed away on March 26, 2022 at age 68. She was born in Marlinton, West Virginia to Mary S. Triplett and Hazel B. Fowler. Shirley was also predeceased by her sister, Margaret Louise Poage and brother Grover Daniel Fowler.
Shirley is survived by her partner, Carl Chalker; children, Kevin M. (Heather) Fowler, John P. Tyson, and Laura E. (Jeff) Schuldt; grandchildren, Stephanie L. (Colby) Wootton, Tyler J. Smaldone, Jeffrey D. Schuldt, Avery S. Smith, Jacob C. Schuldt; great granddaughter, Sophia M. Fowler.
