Shirley Ann Kleban, 55, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully at her home at 1:58 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28.
She was born June 22, 1961, in Neptune, N.J., to the late Joseph Surette and Helen (Santoriello) Fernadini of Elkhart, and later married Peter “Pete” Kleban in 1990 in Howell, N.J.
Surviving are her sisters, Susan (Ron) Cabell of Lake City, S.C., Sandy (Keenan) Burgess of Villa Rica, Ga., and Jo Anne Hollar of Elkhart. She also leaves behind her beloved toy fox terrier, Lexie.
Her step-father, Orlando Fernadini, precedes her in death.
