Shirley Elizabeth Bozzuto, 86, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday evening, May 3, 2022 at the Shands at UF Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Mooers Forks, NY on March 19, 1936 to the late Amedios and Lena Barnaby Bertrand.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Whipple (Tom) of DeLand, FL, Laurie Polhill (Alton, III) and Lisa Waites (Marty) both of Lake City. Seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.
