Mrs. Shirley Beverly Lynch Thompson, age 81, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Edward H. Thompson, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2006 in her home. She was born on October 7, 1924 in Bridgeport. She was a former member of the VFW Post 7788 Ladies Auxiliary and the Milford Newcomers Club. She loved to garden, do yard work, and was an avid photographer. She leaves four daughters, Sandra B. Mallinson of Ansonia, Sheryl B. Thompson of Milford, Christine A. Wysocki of Fairfield, Jill J. Thompson of Milford, two sons, Carl E. Thompson of Meriden, KS, and Mark L. Thompson of Madison, She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
