Shirley Ann Fox was born May 23, 1939 to the union of Joe Henry Robinson & Mary Helen Robinson in Stockton, CA. Shirley completed her high school education and attended Stockton College. Shirley had four sisters, Eva Lee Robinson, Mary Jo Moore. She was preceded in death by her sisters Rebecca “Sweet Pea” and Josephine.
Shirley met her husband Izean Fox and were married July 5, 1958. They were married 54 years. To this union they had 2 children, Helen Fox & Gloria Fox of Stockton, CA. Shirley loved fishing, playing piano, reading, cooking and going to Lake Tahoe once a year. Shirley challenged the State Board and received her L.V.N. Nursing License September 30, 1970. She worked at local hospitals and home health agencies in Stockton.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Izean on August 30, 2012. She leaves to mourn her daughters, Helen & Gloria, two grandchildren, Alexander Fox & Jordan Fox, Sister Eva Robinson, nieces & nephews, Steven, Yolanda, Shea (Mike), John and Nicole (Reggie). Shirley was preceded in death by niece Rochelle Moore in 2017. Shirley will be greatly missed by many relatives & friends.
