Shirley Smith Barrett, 70, of Ringgold passed away Friday January 6, 2017. Shirley graduated from City High School in 1964 where she was an honor student and played basketball.
Survivors include her loving husband, Merv Barrett; daughters, Billie Owens, Knoxville and Mary Vass, Clarksville; sister, Mary Johnson; brother, James Pelham; and grandchildren, Ariel McBride, Sera Owens and Luke Owens and wife, Grayce.
