Shirlene was born on October 21, 1949 at Caldwell, Idaho to Glen and Vera Logan Bean. She moved with her family to Pocatello, ID. and later the family returned to Caldwell where she graduated from high school in 1967.
She married James O. Foster on April 10, 1971 at Caldwell. Jim was in the United States Air Force at the time and they moved to Montana where he was stationed. In 1974 they moved to Emmett where they have since resided.
Shirlene is survived by her husband, James O. “Jim” Foster of Emmett; son, Daniel Foster of Boise; sister, Jeanne (Brad) Henning of Meridian, Idaho; sister-in-law, Kay Bean of Kentucky; nephews, Andy Bean of Kentucky and Patrick Henning and a niece, Meriah Henning both of Meridian. She was preceded in death by a brother David and her parents.
