Sherry was born the daughter of Floyd and Sue Anna (Comstock) Carpenter on Monday, November 30, 1964, in Erin, New York. Sherry enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, fur baby, family, and friends.
Her greatest joy in life was being a Nana. She was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, baking, and shopping (always could find a good bargain). She had an infectious laugh and smile. She had a witty sense of humor and pure love for life. She was stubborn, a fighter like no other, and she was as tough as nails. She was the rock of the family, the glue that held us together.
Sherry will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ronald Liestman; children Tiffany (Warren Greenough) Smalt, Carrie Smalt, Joseph (Kiley Kimbel) Smalt, and Rowlanda (Caleb Webster) Smalt; step-children Jennifer and Joshua Liestman; grandchildren Nevaeh Olyer, Adriana Smalt, Maria Smalt, Greyson Olyer, Everleigh Kimbel-Smalt, Willow Olyer, Julianna Greenough, Atticus Webster, Ki’ara, Joshua Jr., Ryder and Athena; siblings Alfeda (Les) Patterson and Lori (John) Carpenter; and her beloved fur baby, Holly May.
Sherry was predeceased by her parents Floyd and Sue Anna Carpenter; and a brother, Ralph Carpenter.
