Sherri Ann Svoboda, 61, Beatrice, NE, died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Beatrice Community Hospital. She was born July 24, 1956 in Beatrice to Sylvester and Joan (Tarvin) Svoboda. She worked for a while at BSDC. Sherri enjoyed taking pictures, loved her family and never knew a stranger.
Survivors include her brother, Louis Svoboda and wife Patty of Barneston, NE; sister Amy Privett and husband Raymond of Barnes, KS; nieces & nephews, Stacey Lane, John Svoboda and wife Megan, April Privett, Heather Privett, Terence Privett, and Travis Privett; great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Brook, Lauren, Avery, Destiny, Della, Dakota, Deanne and Elliana; aunt, Lou Etta “Pete” Parr of Independence, MO; many cousins; special friends, Carolyn and Russell Smith of Beatrice, their daughter, Dawn Brown and husband Dan; their children, Amber, Rebecca, and Joshua; and Kim Brown and husband Randy of Beatrice, their children, Justin, Jenny, and Jackie; their son, Randy Smith and wife Kari of Texas, their children, Aaron, Ryan, Cara, KLynne, Shelby and Eddie.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
