Sheldon D. Wirth, 84, of Muncie, passed away Friday, October 14, 2011 at the Wesley Healthcare in Auburn. He was born July 19, 1927 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois to Earl and Camilla (Coale) Wirth. Sheldon in his early life was an insurance salesman for 20 years and later worked for Ball Brothers for 9 years and then went to work for Indiana Glass for 19 years retiring July 19, 1992. His card playing skills at several euchre clubs.
Survivors include his two daughters Cathy Trimble of Brunswick, Georgia, Shellana (Shane) Clements husband-Tommy); Fort White, Florida, and son Daniel P. Wirth; Muncie, one brother Bill Wirth (wife-Marge); Florida, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sheldon was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Betty Jean, daughters
Joanna Bailey and Patsy Rowens, brother Richard Wirth and sister Norma Harris.
