Shelby Manning Shelby Jean Manning, 44, of Rossville passed away Saturday, June 11, 2005 at a local hospital. She is a lifelong resident of the area and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Steve Manning and mother, Flossie Lynn.
