Shawn Scott Stevens, age 46, of Clarksburg, WV passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 due to an auto accident. He was born September 3, 1970 in Grafton, WV; the son of Jerry Stevens and Ruby R. (Varner) Stevens of Clarksburg, WV.
In addition to his parents, Shawn is survived by his wife, Sharree (Gonzalez) Stevens of Mt. Clare, WV; a daughter, Samantha Stevens of Clarksburg, WV; a son, Scotty Stevens of Clarksburg, WV; his girlfriend, Heidi Moore of Clarksburg, WV; his girlfriend’s daughter, Alisia Moore of Clarksburg, WV; two brothers, Dwayne Stevens & his wife, Sieglinde “Missy”of Bristol, WV; Bryon Stevens & his wife, Sarah of Philippi, WV; a sister, Denise Fetty & her husband, Jeffrey Kent of Lost Creek, WV; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great niece, great nephew and many many friends.
Shawn was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Adamston. He was a well-known Soccer Coach for CWVSA for fifteen years. Shawn loved to hunt and fish; his love for animals lead him to his dream job as an animal control officer with Harrison County animal control. He had a passion to restore his Oldsmobile Cars.
