Sharry Janicke, age 68 of Freeport, IL, passed away at home Sunday, December 18, 2016. She was born June 4, 1948 to the late Emil and Evelyn (Wilson) Janicke.
Sharry had worked at Honeywell for 35 years until retiring. She attended Richland Free Methodist Church where she had served on the Cemetery Committee. She loved collecting antiques and enjoyed the outdoors. Most of all, Sharry loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Patrick Rosemeier of Freeport; grandchildren, Genesis & Wyatt Rosemeier; niece, Jodi Janicke of Freeport; great nephews, Justin Young & Jessiah Janicke; and sister, Sandra Janicke.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Larry and Norman.
