Sharon Kay (Spencer) Logsdon, 74, of Beech Grove, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at her residence.  Born March 30, 1947 in Beech Grove, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Florence E. (Camden) Spencer.

A lifelong Marion County resident, Sharon was a graduate of Southport High School, Class of 1965.  For eight years, she was employed with St. Francis Hospital as a switchboard operator, retiring in 2012.

She enjoyed going to the casino, crocheting and reading, especially novels by John Stanford.  She would watch tv, making sure to catch episodes of Two and a Half Men, the ID and LifeTime channels and her soaps, The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.

Survivors include her son, Brian Lankford; daughter, Michelle Lankford Williams; husband, Jeff Logsdon; ex-husband, Larry Lankford; sister, Teresa Ennis; grandchildren, Kyle, Gaige, Aleia, Brianna, Shawn, Kinley, Eve, Lily, Sunny and Amelia all of Indianapolis.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, James, Daryl and Michael Spencer; sister, Oma Spencer; daughter-in-law, Nova Atwell; sister-in-law, Sherry Spencer and brother-in-law, Rick Ennis.  She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
