Sharon Renner passed away at her home on December 15th at the age of 81. Sharon was born to Lloyd Miller and Fannie Godding-Miller in Wilbur, Nebraska. She lived in Grand Junction in the late 1960s and 1970s, when she was known as Sharon Martin, and returned to live in Grand Junction again this year to be close to her son. Sharon is survived by her husband, Herb Renner. Also surviving her are her children, Sheryll Minteer-Abernathy and Mark Minteer, her step children, Glen Renner and Roxanne Schrader, nine grandchildren (who called her “Pink Grandma,” after her favored color choice), and sixteen great grandchildren.
