Shari Ann (Mullens) Cook, 72, of Triumph, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mrs. Cook was born June 11, 1947 in Beloit, WI to Raymond and Lois (Olson) Mullens. She married John S. Cook on November 21, 1987.
Mrs. Cook attended Grace Community Church in Streator. She enjoyed crocheting and was a good cook. She will be greatly missed by all.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, John; one daughter, Terri Miles of Streator; two grandchildren, Coddie and Madison Martinez; her sister, Peggy Peterson of Maple Plain, MN and cousins, Linda Eaton and Jay Eaton.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie Miles; her mother, Lois Peterson; her father, Raymond Mullens and her maternal grandparents, Anton and Myrtle Olson.
