Sarah P. Giron, 88, of South Greensburg, died, Sunday, January 3, 2021, in Select Specialty Hospital, Latrobe. She was born on April 24, 1932 in New Stanton, a daughter of the late Frank E. and Caroline Anderson Poorman. Sarah was employed as a nurse at Westmoreland Hospital before retiring to take care of her family. She was a member of South Greensburg United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years, starting with the junior high and then ending teaching the adult class. She also was the former church financial secretary and head of missions.
