Sarah Marie (Cassell) Smith, age 96, of Beulahland Personal Care, formerly of E. Main Street, Grafton, passed away, Tuesday, October 26, 2010. She was born in Grafton, February 11, 1914, a daughter of the late Edward M. and Sarah E. (Reese) Cassell. Her husband Charles “Smitty” Smith preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had been employed at the former Clark’s Store of Grafton. Surviving are: one daughter, Sarah Pienkos and husband John, of North Myrtle Beach, SC; two grandsons, Charles “Rob” Pienkos and wife Heather, of Apple Valley, Mt. Vernon, OH, Dr. John A. Pienkos and wife Mary Ellen, of Myrtle Beach, SC; one God grandson, Daniel Pitcher, of Grafton; three great grandchildren, Renee, Skyler, and Savannah Pienkos; and a special friend and caregiver Bernard Moyer. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one brother Rev. Robert E. Cassell, and sister-in-law, Martha Lee (Dunnington) Cassell.
