NEW HARTFORDRODERICK – Sarah Elizabeth Roderick, 35, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 17, 2021. She was born September 15, 1986 in Peterborough, NH; the cherished daughter of Brian and Diane (Coombs) Roderick. Sarah graduated from Wolcott Technical School, Class of 2004. She worked at many local restaurants including Amici Grill in Avon and most recently The Log House in Barkhamsted. She enjoyed going to movies and trips to the Beach. Sarah especially loved spending time with her beloved son, Evan Gilbar and her close friends. She is already deeply missed. In addition to her parents and son, all of New Hartford, she leaves her brother, Michael Roderick, also of New Hartford and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
