Sara Jo Wilson, 74, of Muncie, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at the Integra Specialty Hospital. She was born November 15, 1936 in Cammack to Otis Byrl and Alice May (Osborne) Harnish. Sara graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1954. She was employed for 28 years at Indiana Bell, 10 years as a dispatcher for the Muncie Police Department and her last employment was at All Steel Car Port as the office manager. Sara was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #19 and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Pioneer Club of Indiana Bell.
Survivors include a daughter Tamara D. Wilson Pinkston; Muncie, granddaughters
Stacie Joe Pinkston and Tracie Lynn Pinkston; both of Muncie, great-grandchildren Alicen Nicole Cassle; Harlin Isaac Davis; and Shaelyn LaRue Davis; all of Muncie;
sister Wilma Crosson; Vista, California, brother Earl (Gene) Harnish (wife-Diana); Muncie and special friend Dana Riley of Muncie; dearest and nicest boss and special son
Nacho.
Sara was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, Byrl, George, Harold and Bob Harnish; 1 sister, Sue Leonard; and great-granddaughter, Mylynn Deelee.
