Santo T. Del Matto Jr.
Santo T. “Bugs” Del Matto Jr., died peacefully at his home in Pickerington on May 21, with his family at his side. Santo is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Herold Del Matto. Santo was a native of Columbus and was the owner and proprietor of Del Matto’s Restaurant, which closed in 2005 after 44 years in business. Santo learned his business by working for his parents at the Del Rio restaurant, which was in operation from 1931 to 1960.
