Sandra L. Crump, age 68, of Sandoval passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, IL.Sandra was born July 1, 1948 in Holyoke, MA, the daughter of William Wojcik and Shirley (Schultze) Wojcik.
She married Joseph Crump on December 26, 1988 in Belleville, IL and he survives her in Sandoval.In addition to her husband Joseph, she is survived by two sons: Ian Vance of St. Charles, MO and Aaron Vance and wife Shannon of Edwardsville, IL; one daughter Jillian Crump of Okawville, IL; three grandchildren: Colton Vance, Noelle Vance and Haley Vance; one brother: Greg Wojcik and significant other Ann of Glen Carbon, IL; two sisters: Linda and husband John and Lori and husband Darren.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents: William and Shirley Wojcik.Sandra enjoyed Sudoku and number puzzles, reading, knitting and crocheting. She loved her dogs, camping, and fishing. She was a people person and took great pleasure in the art of conversation. She earned her nickname “Gabby”. She loved her family and was loved by them. She will be greatly missed.
