Sandra R. Frazer, 71 of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. The daughter of William A. and Frieda E. (Hammers) McKinney, Sandra was born Friday, October 27, 1950 in Hebbardsville, Kentucky.
She retired as a research clerk with DHL (Excel Center). Sandra enjoyed going to the American Legion. She liked interior and floral designing, antiquing and was the deal hunter when it came to shopping. Sandra was the very best granny.
Sandra is survived by her granddaughter, Ashleigh (husband: Kyle) Pattison of Indianapolis; brothers, Billy (wife: Linda) McKinney of Southport and Bobby McKinney of Fountaintown; sisters, Brenda (husband: Jackie) Gregory of Morgantown, Kentucky, Rita Moran of Fortville, Indiana, and Kelli (husband: Terry) Fugate of Morgantown, Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Lisa Pedigo of Indianapolis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Jerry Pedigo and “Bill” Oscar Frazer; son, Allen Pedigo; sister-in-law, Kay McKinney; and brother-in-law, Lindsey Moran.
