Mom you left us too soon. We know you will be fishing and camping with dad. Mom was born to Walter D. Rigney and Idessa R. Peerman. She has 3 sisters Becki Henderson, Susan Jordan, Sharon Rigney (Rocky Redford), a brother Kevin Rigney and was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Michael D Rigney. She had 3 kids Todd Leiby (Lori), Tina Borchardt (Kevin), and Troy Leiby (Lisa). She had 8 grandkids, 7 great grandkids including her step grandkids. Many nieces and nephews. There was a special friend who called her mom, Rick Miller who would always do anything for mom and dad. Everyone always called her mom or grandma.
