Samuel was born on Monday, November 12th, 1956 to the late Virgil Earl Rutter and Betty Jeanne (Osborn) Rutter who survives.
Samuel loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He attended several different churches and always enjoyed helping to serve meals.
Survivors include his long time companion of twenty years and Fiance, Joyce Bray; mother, Betty Jeanne Rutter; children, Sabrina Rutter, Leroy Sparks, David Sparks; sisters, Pamela Hildebrand, Michelle Bjella, Debra Steele; grandchildren, Kyra Barger, Kaidin Barger, Josh Sparks, and Ashley Sparks.
Samuel was preceded in death by his father Virgil Rutter; and sister Rhonda Phifer.
