Samuel “Sam” Berkowitz passed away Thursday (Nov. 16, 2017) at Hartford Hospital. He leaves two sisters, Estelle Flaum and Anita Stollman and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by three siblings, Eva Miller, Celia Fruchtman and Myron Berkowitz.
