Sambo is survived by his loving wife, whom he married, September 16, 2000, Melissa (Highers) Blevins; mother, Carolyn Peckinpaugh; children, Sammie, Amanda, and Cody; 4 grandchildren, Hayden, Harmoney, Henzlie, and Kandenn; brothers, Scott and Steve.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sam; granddaughter, Harlynn.
