Our family is saddened to announce the passing of a beloved mother and grandmother Sally Bell on September 06, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband Christopher Joseph Bell, Her parents Virgina King Cade and Kenneth Lutz, Her son-in-law Cody Needle as well as many other family members and friends. She is survived by her 2 children Diana Bell-Needle and Carl Bell, 2 grandchildren Amelia and Joseph Bell, Her brother Steven Lutz and wife Barb.
Sally was a lifelong educator and volunteer and will be greatly missed. There are no events planned at this time.
