Sage Love Tacy, infant, passed away at Elkhart General Hospital at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, just two hours after her birth earlier that day.
She was the daughter of Devin M. Tacy and Jessica S. Oehlers, both of Elkhart.
Also surviving are Sage’s brothers, Isaac Oehlers and Phoenix Lentz, both of Elkhart.
