Ruthie married the love of her life Franklin “Frank” D. Curtis on December 24, 1957 in Muncie and he survives. Mrs. Curtis had cleaned houses for 36 years and retired in 2003. She had been a Sunday School Teacher for many years and enjoyed cooking, sewing and being with her family. Mrs.
Besides her husband of 56years, Frank, she is survived by two daughters, Kathy Hartman (husband-Bruce), Gainesville, Florida and Tonya D. Smith (husband-Ray), Anderson; one son, Danny Curtis (fiancé-Julie), Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one sister, Marie Claywell, Muncie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jim and Johnny Smith.
