Ruth Pansy Marsala Ruby, 67, of Branson, Mo., formerly of Oglesby, died at 10:30 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2007, as a result of an auto accident in Bureau County. She was born March 26, 1940, in Portageville, Mo., to Robert Lee and Alice (Kimble) Watson.
She was a homemaker. She married Jack Marsala on June 28, 1954, in Oglesby. He died Oct. 15, 1991. She then married John Ruby on Feb. 2, 2002, in Branson, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, John; 2 sons, Roy Marsala of Ottawa and Jack Marsala of Branson; a stepdaughter, Joanie Ruby of Branson; 3 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; 5 brothers, Henry (Ernestine) Watson of Oglesby, Bob (Louise) Watson of Malden, Mo., Gayle (Pat) Watson of Utica, J.C. (Josephine) Watson of Malden, and Wayne (Katie) Watson of Branson; 3 sisters, Noveria (Ernest) Taylor of Hollister, Mo., Mary (Dudley) Haney of Springfield, Ruby (Clarence) Parks of Malden, Mo.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband; and 2 brothers.
