Ruth O. Tobar, 57, of Allentown, died Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Salisbury Twp. Born in Valparaiso, Chile, she was the daughter of Jonathan H. Cofre, Sr. with who she resided and Otilia (Aranda) Cofre of Chile. Ruth was a Christian who loved photography and reading. Her greatest love was spending time and caring for her nieces, nephews and great nieces. Survivors: mother, father, sister Raquel J. Leon; brother Jonathan H. Cofre, Jr. and his wife Marilyn, Ricardo J. Cofre and his wife Margarita and Giovanni M. Cofre and his wife Anna all of Allentown.
