Ruth wsa baptized and confirmed at the Church of Christ in Davenport, NE. Ruth went to grades K-12 at Davenport, She excelled in Drama and Music. It was at a football game at the age of 14 that Ruth met Leroy Wall. They were later united in marriage on August 21, 1949 at Davenport, Nebraska. The couple celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. This union was blessed with the birth of four children, two sons Michael and Jerry and two daughters Betty and Patty.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leroy on August 25, 2014 and her sons Jerry and Michael.
Survivors include her daughters: Betty Zimmerman of Henderson, CO, Patricia Hanson of Grand Junction, CO; 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sisters: Delores DeVore, Kerry Mersch and Sue Wenger; nieces, nephews other relatives and a host of friends.
