RUTH E. GEREDIEN
Ruth E. (Ross) Geredien, 87m of Carlisle passed away at home on November 19, 2021.
Born August 11, 1934 in New York, New York, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. And Margaret L. (Scott) Ross. She was the widow of Ronald Geredien who died January 14, 2017.
Ruth retired as Head Teller from Provident Savings Bank. She was an avid birdwatcher and a voracious reader. She especially enjoyed keeping up with current events and supporting the Friends of Baxter State Park in Maine.
Surviving are three laughters: Lynn Keys of Dover, PA, Joan Beard of Bridgewater, NJ and Liz Colalillo of Piscataway, NJ; a son, Ross Geredien (partner Patricia) of College Park, MD; a brother, William Ross of Maine; three grandchildren: Margaret Keller, C.J. Colalillo and Lynda Colalillo and two great grandchildren, Victor and Ryder Colalillo.
