WALLINGFORD – Ruth C. Duncan, 91, of Ashlar Village, formerly of West Simsbury entered eternal rest on October 9, 2017 at Masonicare. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth E. Duncan. Ruth was born in West Haven, CT on January 30, 1926 to the late Arthur and Marion (Bunnell) Cost Sr.
She was a 1943 graduate of West Haven High School and later went to work for the United Illuminating Company. Ruth was Past Worthy Advisor of the West Haven Rainbow Girls as well as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She and Ken were married in 1947 and settled down in West Simsbury, CT to start their family.
