Ruth Ann Gaines, 71 of Drummond St, Clarksburg, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010 at United Hospital Center. She was born in Clarksburg, on February 3, 1939, daughter of the late George and Madeline Hardman Faris. Surviving is her husband of fifty three years, Jack Warren Gaines Sr.; three sons, Jack Warren Gaines Jr and his companion, Cheryl Henderson., Gary Lee Gaines, Timmy J Gaines and wife Amanda all of Clarksburg; seven grandchildren, Heather Nicholas and her husband Jed, Connie Zoretic and her husband Joe, Eva Heatherly and her husband Josh, Jody Gaines, Chastity Gaines, Dayton Gaines and Jackson Gaines; seven great grandchildren, Ryan, Madison, Gabriel, Breanna, Mikenzei, Colie, Nikita, Thomas, Jeffrey and Abigail; one brother, Tom Faris, MO; three sisters, Eleanor Cox, MI, Patty Beverly, AR, Katherine Pumphrey, Huntington. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey L Gaines; and one sister, Barbara Costello. Ruth worked at Eagle Convex in Clarksburg for many years. She loved gardening and cooking. She will be deeply missed by her family.
